1506 Creative City is formed by the original sites of eight old factories such as Jianguo Factory and Electric Furnace Factory, 800 old residential houses, the 500-year-old Dragon Kiln of Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, and Shiwan Park, covering an area of 1,000 acres. The project plans to renovate over 300,000 square meters of old factories and residences, and newly construct an additional 500,000 square meters.
1506 Creative City aims to create a city of creativity, pottery culture, leisure, and fashion, eventually forming an international, stylish, and avant-garde industrial creative capital. Adhering to the principle that culture is the soul, industry is the root, and the platform is the key, the city follows the principle of inheriting history to create new commercial veins. It transforms old factories into a new platform for industrial upgrading and urban transformation, turning the city’s chicken coop into a phoenix nest.
The park, with the Nanfeng Ancient Kiln Cultural Pedestrian Street as the core, integrates pottery culture, leisure tourism, creative exhibitions, art trading, and creative industries. Open all year round from 10:00 to 17:00.
