1850 Creative Park is located at 200 Fangcun Avenue East, Liwan District, Guangzhou City. The park is transformed from Jinzhujiang hydrogen peroxide factory, covering an area of more than 50,000 square meters and a total construction area of more than 30,000 square meters. It is composed of 76 well-arranged factory workshops. By utilizing and transforming old factory workshops, a tasteful space for art creation, design, regular exhibitions, cultural exchanges, office life is created.
The single building area ranges from 100 square meters to 3,000 square meters.
