The eco-tourism new village of Hongyan boasts a ten-thousand-acre pollution-free Moon Persimmon planting base, truly a ‘sea of persimmons’. Every October, the picturesque Hongyan New Village in Guilin Gongcheng hosts the annual Moon Persimmon Festival, where ten thousand acres of persimmons ripen simultaneously, creating a spectacular harvest scene that attracts tens of thousands of tourists. From October 19, 2024, to February 15, 2025, the ‘Great Beauty of Gongcheng, Sharing the Prosperous Persimmon’ 21st Guilin Gongcheng Moon Persimmon Festival will be held in Hongyan Village, Lianhua Town, Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County.
