Overwhelmed with grief and indignation, Li Qingzhao expresses her patriotic fervor by the Wu River, lamenting the present while cherishing the past. Zhao Mingcheng, filled with shame, succumbs to illness and dies. In the late autumn of the Jiangnan region, amidst the desolation, Li Qingzhao, while escorting her collection of inscriptions, encounters Zhang Ruzhou, who covets her treasures and deceives her.

Her dreams shattered by violence, Li Qingzhao awakens abruptly, fights back in court, and reclaims her life. Reflecting on her life, she rises like a phoenix from the ashes, rewriting her inscriptions and continuing the cultural legacy. After the rain, the sky clears, revealing a beauty that surpasses jade. Despite the thinning of green and the fading of red, the begonia remains as ever.

A thousand years later, Li Qingzhao stands tall and independent. Among the brilliant stars of the Song Dynasty’s poetic world, Li Qingzhao, the foremost female talent, overshadows all.
