401 Cave Heaven, also known as 401 Command Project, is located at the foot of Zhuzhishan between Xiling Village and Banping Village in Zhangshu Town, Yinzhou District, about 50 kilometers away from the urban area of Ningbo. The 401 Project was a wartime facility and national defense tunnel constructed in the 1960s and 1970s.
The 401 Cave Heaven is over 1 kilometer long, with several entrances in the north and south. It is located above the road on the southern slope of the main general mountain. It is situated on the north side of the main general mountain road and the south bank of the stream, serving as the main entrance of the cave heaven. The interior space of the cave is complex and serves various purposes, with winding paths leading to secluded and mysterious areas.
Opening Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, January 1st to December 31st.
