The Lingshan Auspicious Praise is a large-scale classic music event that offers a 270-degree immersive experience of sound, light, and live performances, depicting the historical story of ‘Siddhartha Gautama renouncing his princely status to seek enlightenment and eventually becoming Buddha’.


Open from May 1st to October 31st from 07:00 to 17:30; and from November 1st to December 31st from 07:00 to 17:00. Starting November 1, 2024, Lingshan will operate on winter hours as follows: 1. Ticket selling time: 07:00-17:00 2. Lingshan Palace opening hours: 09:00-17:30 3. Lingshan Palace Treasure Gallery opening hours: 09:30-16:30 4. Wu Yin Tancheng opening hours: 09:00-17:30 5. Endless Meaning Hermitage opening hours: 09:00-16:30 6. Buddha Museum opening hours: 08:30-17:00 7. Ten Thousand Buddhas Hall opening hours: 08:30-16:30.


Preferential policies include free admission for children under 6 years old or under 1.4 meters in height, free admission for seniors over 70 years old with valid identification, half-price for those aged between 60 and 69, free admission for the disabled with valid identification, free admission for active-duty military personnel with valid identification, free admission for retired cadres with valid identification, half-price for minors aged between 6 and 18 with valid identification, half-price for full-time undergraduate students and below with valid identification, half-price for teachers with over 30 years of teaching experience in Wuxi with valid identification, and free admission for veterans with the ‘People’s Republic of China Veterans Preference Certificate’ or ‘People’s Republic of China Martyrs, Fallen in the Line of Duty, and Deceased Military Personnel Dependents Preference Certificate’ starting from April 10, 2023 (excluding the Auspicious Praise performance).



Ling Shan Buddha offers free admission to certain groups, while the ‘Auspicious Chant’ performance requires a ticket purchase at 50 RMB per person. Those eligible for half-price tickets receive a complimentary ‘Auspicious Chant’ performance ticket. To secure a ticket for ‘Auspicious Chant,’ visitors must enter the park and make a reservation through the WeChat mini-program ‘Ling Shan Sheng Jing’ on the same day. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, with each person allowed to watch only once.


Parking facilities are available at the ‘Ling Shan Sheng Jing Parking Lot’ with a reference price of 15 RMB per entry. The location is at the main entrance of the scenic area, with a capacity of 2000 spots. Small vehicles are charged 15 RMB per entry, and large vehicles are charged 20 RMB per entry. During the Golden Week, parking fees are 30 RMB.


Wi-Fi is available with the account ‘lingshan-guest’ and no password required, covering some areas. Mobile phone charging is provided at the visitor center with power outlets. Luggage storage is free and located at the visitor center.


Guided tours can be rented at various points including the ‘Please Guide’ area, Holiday Square exit, Fan Palace service desk, and Jing She front desk.


Transportation within the park is available for a reference price of 40 RMB per person, located 50 meters inside the park entrance on the right. Unlimited rides are offered.


Restrooms are located at the visitor service center with clear signage. Nursing rooms are available at the Sheng Jing Gate Tower, Wu Yin Tang City, and Fan Palace. Accessibility facilities are subject to the details on the scenic area’s notice boards.


Dining options include Fan Palace Wu Guan Hall, Vegetarian Restaurant, Holiday Square, Ling Shan Jing She, Auspicious Food Collection, Rainbow Snacks, Ru Yuan Snacks, and Shan Bian Snacks.


Souvenir shops include Fu Yun Ru Yuan, Xi Fu Fu Li, Wu Se Fu Li, Hua Kai You Li, Fu An Ru Yuan, Xing Yun You Li, Sui Xi Fu Li, and Fan Hua Fu Li.
