Shenzhen University’s North Library covers an area of approximately 72,000 square meters, with six above-ground floors and three underground levels. It is designed to hold a collection of 8 million books and offers 2,500 seats. This large-scale, comprehensive, and intelligent library integrates literature collection, social education, intellectual exchange, cultural heritage, and creative innovation.
The North Library serves as a city public library, a centralized book storage for the entire city, and also functions as the Shenzhen Library City’s joint procurement and editing center, network data center, and document distribution center.
It is open to the public from 08:30 to 22:00 all year round.
