The stadium has 20,000 seats, and the gymnasium has 3,537 seats. It features a comprehensive gymnasium, training hall, stadium, bowling alley, tennis court, and other main buildings, as well as supporting facilities such as restaurants, hotels, and meeting rooms. It is capable of hosting domestic and international competitions in football, track and field, volleyball, basketball, badminton, and table tennis, making it a comprehensive venue integrating competitive sports, mass sports, and leisure and entertainment. It is open all year round from 06:00 to 22:00.
