Nan Sha Scenic Area at Zhoushan

Nan Sha is the heart and essence of the ‘Ten Miles of Golden Sand’ spectacle, nestled between Dong Sha and Qian Sha. It spans over 1000 meters in length and about 250 meters in width, with fine sand quality. The sea area in front of the beach is vast, with the water depth in the 1000 meters near the shore ranging from 0.5 meters to 2 meters. In the summer, the sea water is clean, transparent, with a temperature between 24 to 26 degrees Celsius, making it an ideal place for tourists to relax on the beach, splash in the waves, and engage in various marine and beach activities. This sea area in front of the Nan Sha beach can accommodate up to 20,000 people bathing at the same time, making it one of the few ideal large-scale seaside bathing venues in China.
On a hot summer day, visitors can play in the water and ride motorboats swiftly across the blue waves, releasing their youthful dreams on the beach. Amidst the intense pace of modern life, this is your ideal choice for leisure and vacation, where you can enrich your experience and leave with endless memories. It is also one of the few natural seaside bathing venues in the country that can provide safety assurance for night swimming.
