The Former Site Museum of Qingdao Stock Exchange is located at No. 22 Guantao Road. Designed by Japanese architect Mitsui Kojiro, it was built in 1920 and took five years to complete. With a construction area of 18,253 square meters, it was the largest securities trading place in Asia at that time. It mainly engaged in futures and securities price difference transactions such as peanuts, rice, oil, cotton yarn, cotton, flour, yen, silver dollars, and stocks. The Former Site Museum of Stock Exchange exhibits many old objects, such as old rainwater manhole covers, Japanese and English mailbox covers, and old-fashioned window bolts… Through pictures, words, and physical objects, it shows tourists the marks left by history on this city.
