The exhibition ‘Relief at the Forefront – 30 Years of Action’ is themed around the all-terrain vehicles used by Doctors Without Borders (DWB) at the frontline, revisiting the 30-year journey of DWB (Hong Kong) and showcasing our commitment to providing medical aid across borders and to the frontlines of crises. Our rescue personnel, with their resilience and persistence, continue to assist those in need during pandemics, natural disasters, and armed conflicts, facing challenges with dedication. We aim to raise public awareness and support by sharing our milestones and the impact of our work, maintaining the independence of our actions to continue providing impartial emergency medical humanitarian services to those who need it most.

The event will feature a simulated off-road all-terrain vehicle that plays a crucial role in DWB’s frontline projects. Its unique design allows it to overcome numerous geographical constraints and reach areas affected by crises to provide assistance. The vehicle can also serve as an ambulance, transporting the injured or sick. Its ability to move forward in harsh environments and adapt flexibly aligns with the spirit of our rescue personnel.

Additionally, the event will set up a large-scale model car off-road track, allowing visitors to experience the challenges faced by DWB rescue personnel when conducting rescue operations via remote-controlled model all-terrain vehicles.

We cordially invite you to this exhibition, to review the efforts of Doctors Without Borders (Hong Kong) over the past 30 years, and to support our humanitarian work as we continue to reach more milestones. The exhibition will be open from November 8th to November 15th, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Performance times and durations are subject to the on-site schedule.
