The Juxi Grand Canyon is located in Juxi Town, Cangnan County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. The scenic area covers an area of 21.7 square kilometers. The scenic area integrates gullies, gathers waterfalls, green pools and strange peaks as symbols, and is a forest park scenic area with tourism, vacation, exploration and scientific research as the main functions. There are rich natural landscapes and cultural landscapes in the scenic area: the mountains are majestic and full of aura, quite distinctive; the three-fold waterfalls are magnificent; the canyon’s green brook is enjoyed by both refined and popular tastes; the lush forests are pleasant. It is rarely seen in the granite landform area of southern Zhejiang. Waterfalls connected one after another are a major feature of the canyon, among which the three-fold waterfall is relatively magnificent. The unreachable Tongtian Cave is often shrouded in clouds and fog, and people rarely see its true features. Due to the steep mountains and long distances, it can attract many explorers and give people a sense of satisfaction in conquering nature. In addition to Tongtian Cave, there are also Red Army Cave and others. The main scenic spot of Longtan in the canyon is the three-pool return waterfall. The pool is so deep that the bottom cannot be seen. Standing on the stones by the pool and looking, it is as green as emerald, and the waterfall is like snow, directly pouring into the pool and causing ripples. The Longtan waterfall is characterized by its height and width, with a large drop and deafening sound of water, and then it flows into Juxi. Inside the scenic area, the valleys are deep, the mountains are steep and in different shapes, and there are many vivid and strange peaks and rocks everywhere. The vivid Monkey Peak, the affectionate Couple Peak and the stalagmite for intimate conversation all give people reverie and let people comment on them.
