Jinhua City Library was established in 1956. After merging with Jinhua Polytechnic in 1997, it was renamed Yan Jici Library. In 2010, Yan Jici Library was separated from Jinhua Polytechnic. At the same time, the establishment of Jinhua City Library (Yan Jici Library) was restored and re-established as a prefecture-level public library.
Opening hours: Open from 12:00 to 20:00 on Monday throughout the year; open from 08:30 to 20:00 from Tuesday to Friday throughout the year; open from 08:30 to 17:30 on Saturday and Sunday throughout the year. The opening hours of the children’s borrowing room are from 8:30 to 17:30. The opening hours of reference consultation and local literature are from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Saturday. The opening hours of each area are different.
