The Danxi Cultural Park is located in Dongzhu Village, Chian, the hometown of Zhu Danxi. It was planned and constructed in the early 1990s, and the first phase was completed in 1992. Here, there are not only lush bamboo groves, shady trees, winding paths leading to secluded places, small bridges and flowing water, and a vibrant lakeside scenery, but also various pavilions, stele corridors, stone arches, and cultural gardens with venues that inspire the admiration of future generations and are full of humanistic charm. In the past two decades, twelve cultural landscapes such as Danxi’s tomb, memorial hall, herbal garden, Hewangxuan, Chunxiang Bridge, Yishou Pavilion, Aixian Pavilion, and bell and drum tower have been built in the cultural park. Each place has an appreciation value and strong cultural characteristics. In 2014, the second phase of the construction project began. More than ten tourist attractions such as Apprentice Pavilion, Zhengyi Hall, Yangsheng Hall, Medicinal Food Hall, National Medical Center, Yaowang Valley, Animal Medicine Garden, sanatorium, and 3D cinema were renovated and added.
