Xitian Temple is located on the hillside of Dashanxia Village, adjacent to the Wu Xie Scenic Area. The temple is named ‘Xitian Temple’ because its main structures, including the Mahavira Hall, face west.
Surrounded by lush bamboo and evergreen pine and cypress trees, the temple enjoys a beautiful scenery of clear waters and green mountains throughout the four seasons. Two mountains on either side of the temple enhance its solemn and respectful atmosphere. The opening hours are subject to the temple’s daily operational status.
