Tanhua Taimen is located in Xiaoshan Street, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, within the scenic area of Shu Sheng’s Hometown. It is a Ming Dynasty architectural site, once the residence of the top scholar, Xie Pi. The structure is oriented north to south with a brick and wood post-and-beam construction style. Originally consisting of five sections, only the entrance and the second section’s stone gate remain today.
