The Yellow Rice Wine Museum, also known as the Kuaiji Mountain Yellow Rice Wine Museum, is located in Keqiao District, Shaoxing City. Opened in 2019, the museum covers an area of over ten thousand square meters. Within its antique-style architecture adorned with carved beams and upturned eaves, it showcases the historical origins and cultural stories of yellow rice wine. The museum is divided into several sections, including the Yellow Rice Wine Origin Hall, Shaoxing Yellow Rice Wine Hall, Kuaiji Heroes Hall, and Yellow Rice Wine Cultural Experience Center. Combined with the underground wine cellar, these form a new structure of five functional areas. The museum enhances visitor interaction and experience through a multi-dimensional approach, including visual, auditory, gustatory, and olfactory senses. It is open all year round from 08:30 to 17:00.
