The old site faces north to south. It currently includes a decorative screen wall, a platform gate, four office buildings, and an auditorium. The complex measures 65 meters in width and 240.6 meters in length, covering an area of 15,639 square meters. The screen wall stands at the main entrance, located in the middle of Xianqian Road, inscribed with the five characters ‘Serve the People.’ The main building, constructed in the 1980s, is a five-story structure. It is open all year round, accessible 24 hours a day, with the opportunity to only view the exterior.
