Located at the entrance of the Penglai Baxian Guohai Scenic Area, there are two archways standing in front and back. The first archway features the inscriptions ‘Baxian Guohai’ on the front and ‘Fairyland on Earth’ on the back, both of which are the calligraphic works of Su Dongpo, a prominent literary figure from the Northern Song Dynasty. The scenic area is open all year round with full-day access.
