The Zuihu Lou Purple Clay Museum stems from the curator’s love for purple clay teapots and obsession with purple clay culture. The museum has successively collected more than 600 collections, spanning periods such as the Ming and Qing dynasties. The main collection is tea pots. Among them are representative works of a group of ancient purple clay masters such as Chen Yongqing, Shao Chunyuan, Huang Yulin, and Chen Guangming.
