The former site of Yuanhe South Goods Store, facing west and sitting east, is a four-room, three-story Western-style brick and wood structure building. The facade is coated with quartz sand, and the square pillars extend directly to the third floor, with geometric decorative patterns between the windows on the second and third floors. In the center, there is a two-character grey plaque with the word ‘Yuanhe’.

The parapet wall on the roof is higher than the roof surface, made into a strip pattern. The structure inside the building is a dougong-style wooden beam frame. The ground floor has been renovated, with the ground poured in cement, and the original street-facing wooden doors have been replaced with iron roller shutters. Originally opened by Shi Wenzhou before the liberation, around 1954, the store was rented out due to poor capital turnover, and ceased operations in 1968.

The ruins of the ‘Yuanhe’ South Goods Store are well preserved at present.
