The Maoji Trading Company is located on the north side of the west section of Haian Street. It was built in 1934 in the American Art Deco style. Facing south, it has a construction area of about 700 square meters. It is a flat-roofed three-story brick-concrete structure with a square plan. The exterior wall is a granite rubble skirt wall and ceramic tile veneer. The neoclassical style gable is in the shape of a mountain character.
