Rui’an Plaza is a comprehensive urban square located in the Anyang New District of Rui’an City. It is bordered by Rui’an City Library, Rui’an Movie City, and Rui’an Museum to the east, and connects to RT-Mart Supermarket to the west, with Luoyang Avenue passing beneath it.
Rui’an Plaza is divided into four major areas: A, B, C, and D. Area A is the display area for historical and cultural celebrities of Rui’an; Area B is the pedestrian overpass; Area C is the urban square and urban park; Area D houses Rui’an City Library, Rui’an Movie City, and Rui’an Museum.
