Changshou Temple is located at the foot of Phoenix Mountain in Zengcheng District, Guangzhou. The temple was originally called ‘Fakong Temple’. It was first built during the Jiayou period of the Northern Song Dynasty (1056 – 1063 AD) by the monk Jianyuan. With the passage of time, the original traditional architectural layout of the temple was destroyed, and only the existing Tianwang Treasure Hall remains. There is also a statue of He Xiangu and He Xiangu’s turning well in the temple. Opening hours: from January 1st to December 31st, open from 08:00 to 18:00.
