The Shunde Food Museum is located in the OCT Happy Coast PLUS of Shunde, showcasing and popularizing the history and culture of Shunde cuisine as a specialized museum dedicated to Cantonese cuisine. The museum’s permanent exhibition, ‘The Incredible Shunde’ Food Culture Exhibition, is divided into four sections: ‘Chicken Eats Chicken, Fish Tastes Fish’, ‘Knowing How to Drink and Eat’, ‘Cooking Leads to Eating’, and ‘Shunde Flavors, Worldly Tastes’.
The exhibition uses curiosity as a thread and food as a path, exploring the relationship between food and the city through art, presenting and restoring the incredible social changes, spirit of the times, and cultural essence behind Shunde’s cuisine. Opening hours are closed all day on Mondays throughout the year; open from 10:00 to 18:00 on Tuesdays to Sundays throughout the year.Shunde Food Museum & International Food Culture Exchange Center
