Lixin Lake, also known as Lixin Reservoir and Fuyong Reservoir, is located in Bao’an District, Shenzhen City. It covers an area of 1.9 square kilometers, with a water area of approximately 1.2 square kilometers. The lake’s sparkling waters are adjacent to the vast expanse of the Pearl River Estuary. In mid-January 2015, the first phase of the Lixin Lake Landscape Corridor project was completed and opened to the public. Strolling along the corridor, visitors are greeted by the shimmering lake waters and the green willows that brush the ground on either side. Despite being in the midst of a bustling city, the park offers an idyllic retreat. The park is open all year round: Monday to Friday from 11:00 to 21:00; Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.
