The purpose of Guocai Art Museum is to carry forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, be inclusive of artistic innovations in various categories, discover and cultivate new artistic seedlings, and develop inclusively while bringing forth the new. Guocai Art Museum has six floors. The fourth floor is the main gallery, which is divided into four exhibition areas A, B, C, and D, with a total area of about 690 square meters.
