Established in April 1956, the Guangdong Puppet Troupe has been creating and performing a diverse range of puppet shows for over five decades. These include traditional, mythological, modern puppet plays, as well as fables, idioms, textbook puppet plays, and puppet fairy tales, totaling nearly four hundred productions. They have won numerous awards in various domestic and international competitions and professional performances. The theatre is open to the public year-round from 09:00 to 17:00 daily.
