Xi Ting Spring is located within the compound of the Pearl Spring Hotel in Lixia District, to the east of Pearl Spring. It derives its name from the babbling brooks and the pavilions and towers in the surrounding garden scenery.
The spring pool measures 2 meters in length, 1.8 meters in width, and 2 meters in depth, with natural stones lining the banks, and stone carving railings encircling the south, north, and west sides. To the east, there is a rockery made of stacked stones, exuding an ancient and natural charm, with the inscription ‘Xi Ting Spring’ by Wang Na carved on the stone. Xi Ting Spring was once listed among the seventy-two famous springs of the Jin, Ming, and Qing dynasties and is now one of the new seventy-two famous springs in Jinan. It is open all day from January 1st to December 31st.
