One of the three major Catholic pilgrimage sites in China, the Huzhuang Catholic Church complex is located 8 kilometers south of Pingyin County in Huzhuang Village. Since the introduction of Catholicism to Huzhuang Village in Pingyin County in 1604, a total of 7 churches of various sizes have been built within the village and on the mountain by 1966. The site is open all year round from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
