Honghua Lake has a serene environment. Surrounded by mountains and waters, it is a place that Huizhou citizens often visit for leisure. The scenic area is centered around Honghua Lake. Surrounded by continuous peaks, an 18-kilometer greenway encircles it. It is a rare good place for cycling. Here, the mountains and forests are lush. There is a Wanghu Pavilion built in the lake. The service facilities around the greenway are very comprehensive. For every one kilometer of cycling, there will be road signs. Along the way, there are pavilions, stone benches, toilets and everything. There are also many scenic spots, such as Taomei Garden and Tongxin Forest. Zuishui Pavilion built near the water is a good place to watch the lake scenery at sunset.
