Tai Miao Street Gate serves as the main entrance to the Tai Miao, located on the east side of the Imperial Way within Tiananmen. It was the gate used by emperors during ancient times when they performed sacrificial rites at the Tai Miao. The gate is open all year round from 09:00 to 17:00, with specific operating conditions subject to the day’s opening status.
