The Su Baohong Collection Exhibition Hall is located on the west side of the Beiyang Navy Command Office in Liugong Island during the British lease period, at the British-owned British and Foreign Firm. It is well-known that the vast number and high historical value of Chinese artworks that have flowed overseas throughout history are astonishing to the world. The exhibition hall displays a selection of valuable collections collected by Mr. Su Baohong, an American of Chinese descent, over many years. There are more than 130 pieces of porcelain, jade, and enamel, including Yuan, Ming, and Qing blue and white porcelain, Yongzheng doucai porcelain, Shoushan stone carvings, enamel colors, and Tian Huang Emperor’s seal, which are considered national treasures.
