Tashan is located in the southeast of Yantai urban area. It is named after a pagoda built on its main peak in early years (that is, Sanhe Pagoda, which is currently rebuilt). It is a relatively famous tourist scenic area in Yantai. The natural scenery here is beautiful. You can climb the mountain to visit Taiping Nunnery with hundreds of years of history, or climb to the top of Sanhe Pagoda to overlook the scenery of the urban area. Standing on the top of the tower, you can overlook the scenery of the urban area and the surrounding mountains (you need to pay an additional 10 yuan to climb the tower). On a clear day, you can also look out to Kongtong Island on the sea to the northeast. The scenery is unlimited. In addition, you can ring the bell and pray for blessings in the Taiping Morning Bell Tower on the mountain. After climbing the mountain and enjoying the scenery, you can also go to the entertainment area at the foot of the mountain and have a great time. There are also entertainment projects suitable for children such as bumper cars, carousels and small trains.
