This is a place for viewing the sea. Standing here and looking into the distance, you can see the seawater demarcation line between the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea. It can be described as ‘clearly distinguishable’. The water in the eastern Yellow Sea is dark blue, while the water in the western Bohai Sea appears turbid and slightly yellowish. ‘The head of Tieluoshan plunges deep into the sea. From here, the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea are separated. The swift current flowing westward is like a sea of clouds. The mist coming from the south should rise with the wind.’ This poem vividly depicts its magnificent scene. Dalian writer Deng Gang has vividly described this water line that divides the two seas in his novel ‘Dragon Soldiers Passing By’. Opening hours: Open from 08:00 to 16:00 all year round.
