The Weihai City Library was established in 1958. The library is equipped with multiple areas such as adult reading room/loan room, children’s borrowing room, local literature center, back issues room, and special education reading room.
Opening hours: From October 1st to March 31st, it is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 – 17:30. From April 1st to September 30th, it is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00 – 19:00. From October to March of the following year, the newspaper and periodical reading area on the third floor is extended to open until 22:00.
