Upon entering the scenic area of Jiuxiao Biyun Cave, take the 330-meter Fuchun Cloud Elevator to reach the cave. Near the cave entrance, one can overlook the panorama of villages and fields below, making it one of the ideal viewpoints within the entire scenic area. Jiuxiao Biyun Cave covers an area of 28,000 square meters, with a clear height of up to 24 meters inside, and its large single-hall area is rare in the country, earning the title of ‘Asia-Pacific’s Largest Cave Hall’. Passing through a tunnel of two to three hundred meters adorned with red lanterns, one enters the main karst cave area. The cave hall floor features a shallow pool reflecting the illuminated stalactite landscapes. The shapes of the stalactites are bizarre and varied, allowing visitors to indulge in imagination and bestow them with form and meaning. Notably, a yellow stone wall resembling the Huangguoshu Waterfall is one of the highest points in the cave, while the lowest points are accessible only to children, requiring adults to bend or squat to pass through. Another interesting spot is ‘A Thread of Sky’, where a large rock has been split by internal vibrations, leaving a narrow passage just wide enough for one person to pass. The various peculiar stalactite spectacles inside the cave are overwhelming. It takes approximately one hour to tour the entire Biyun Cave. After the tour, turning right leads to a downhill path that takes about 15 minutes to reach Tiancheng Yezhu Forest. Alternatively, there is a time-saving and thrilling way to descend the mountain—the Cloud Coaster (an additional fee of approximately 50 yuan per person). The entire process allows for self-control of speed, offering a full experience of operational touch and the joy of a jungle roller coaster. Tiancheng Yezhu Forest, note that it is ‘wild zhu forest’, spans over a hundred acres of vibrant wild zhu forest, hence the name ‘Tiancheng Yezhu Forest’. The forest environment is tranquil, stepping into a cool realm, listening to the mountain springs sing, and every walk and pause presents a beautiful scenery. The ‘Shenchang’ amusement park within the forest is full of fun, with activities such as rope bridges, rope caves, wave bridges, and mountain climbing nets, offering thrilling experiences suitable for family outdoor adventure activities. Xiaoyao Yanling Lake, also known as Yanling Lake Reservoir, is the only medium-sized reservoir within Fuyang territory. Xiaoyao Yanling Lake is quiet and serene, with exquisite islets in the lake and surrounding green peaks. The lake scenery and mountain colors combine with village fields in a dynamic and static harmony, creating an interesting contrast.
