Hangzhou Wildlife World is located in the suburbs of Hangzhou. Compared with ordinary zoos, the animals here are much more at ease, and tourists can watch them more closely. In addition, there are many interesting animal shows and amusement projects, which are very suitable for bringing children to play.

Overview of the park: The scenic area is divided into a walking area and a driving area. You can buy tickets and enter the park on foot from the main entrance, or you can enter the park by car from the right self-driving entrance and pay the vehicle toll. Most of the animals and animal shows are in the walking area near the gate, but animals such as lions and tigers must go to the driving area inside to be seen. If you drive by yourself, you can visit the driving area first, park your car in the parking lot in the scenic area, and then go to the walking area to continue playing.

Walking area: Entering the park on foot from the main entrance, you first arrive at the walking area. Tour along the circular walkway similar to the Tai Chi pattern. To the right, you can see parrots, raccoons, blue sheep, pythons and other reptiles. To the left, you can see monkeys, national treasure giant pandas, Sichuan golden monkeys, and birds such as swans and crowned cranes. Along the walkway in the middle are the famous ‘Hangzhou Four Whites’: white lions, white tigers, white kangaroos, and white rhinos. Their skins are all white, very rare, and they look very cute. Don’t miss them.

Driving area: Take the small train of the scenic area at the forest small train station and continue to go inside. In the driving area, large animals from all over the world such as Asia, Australia, Africa, and northern Tibet are freely raised. Sitting in the car, you can see handsome African lions, handsome tigers, sexy zebras, and alpacas looking at you innocently. Camels and ostriches sometimes come to the car and greet you curiously. In addition, there is a commentator on the car to tell you the stories of these animals.

Food Street and Parent-Child Paradise: After seeing the animals, it’s almost noon. It’s just right to go to the food plaza between the walking area and the driving area to eat something and take a break. If you bring children, you might as well go to the nearby parent-child amusement park to play carousel and circus small train. Adults can also come here to recall their childhood. Another thing worth mentioning is that in the animal kindergarten near the amusement park, you can see newborn small animals, which are super cute.

Wonderful performances: There are regular performances every day at the sapphire circus performance field, red-crowned crane flight performance field, and bird performance field in the zoo, which is also one of the highlights here. Most of the performance activities are in the afternoon. Just go to the corresponding venue to watch at the appointed time. Therefore, it is a better arrangement to visit animals in the morning and watch performances in the afternoon.
