Xuankong Temple, also known as Lingtong Temple, is located in Lingtong Mountain. It was originally built during the Tang Dynasty and enshrines the incense of Guanyin Bodhisattva brought from the Central Plains by Chen Yuan Guang, the ‘King of Kaizhao’. It is a temple constructed on a precipitous cliff, with temples lined up along the concave parts of the cliff caves, forming a narrow ‘Heavenly Street’.
