The Iron Lion of Cangzhou, also known as ‘Zhenhai Roar’, is located in Jiuzhou Town, Cang County, Cangzhou City. Engraved on the lion’s neck is the inscription ‘King of Lions’, which has stood for a thousand years without falling. However, due to ‘destructive protection’ over the past century, the corrosion of the Iron Lion has intensified, leaving it scarred and battered today. Open from March 16th to November 14th, 08:30-17:30; and from November 15th to March 15th, 08:30-17:00.
