On the Sun View Peak on the east side of Jade Emperor Summit, there is a huge rock protruding obliquely northward, named ‘Arch North Stone’. Because its shape is like getting up and reaching out to the sea, it is also known as ‘Sea Probing Stone’. It is one of the symbols of Mount Tai and also a good place to watch the sunrise on Mount Tai. Here, one can either watch the wonders of sunrise or enjoy the colorful clouds drifting by, full of endless fun.
