Tianjing Spring is located in the southwest corner of Wulongtan Park. It is named for its clear waters, which reflect the sun, moon, stars, and clouds as if they were a mirror hanging from the sky. In the Ming Dynasty, Liu Chi compiled the ‘Licheng’ which records: ‘Tianjing Spring, formerly known as Jiangji Pool, was renamed Tianjing Spring by Zhang Yuanping (Zhang Heming), and its clear and lovely spring water is well known.’ In the Qing Dynasty, Hao Zigong included it in the ‘Record of Seventy-Two Springs’. Today, the pool measures 14.5 meters in length, 13.6 meters in width, and 1.4 meters in depth, with stone-built pool banks, and has a daily spring water output of 15,500 cubic meters. Tianjing Spring is the second largest spring in the Wulongtan Spring Group, with excellent water flow. Inside the pool, green algae float and colorful fish swim, making it a very beautiful sight. The opening hours and specific business status are subject to the day’s opening conditions.
