The Old County Government Courtyard is located directly south of the Dai Temple, bordered by Caiyuan Street to the south, Tongtian Street to the east, and Qingnian Road to the west. It boasts a long-standing historical and cultural legacy that spans from the Song Dynasty through to the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. This place has served as the former residence of Xiao Daheng and the seat of the Tai’an County Government. After liberation, it became the site of the original Tai’an County Government. Over a thousand years, it has accumulated a profound cultural depth. Since January 2007, the area has been invested in and constructed with a scenic area covering an area of about 20,000 square meters. The architecture adopts a Ming and Qing dynasty style with interconnected corridors, which complements the ancient cultural atmosphere of Tongtian Street and the surrounding area of the Dai Temple. The environment within the scenic area is elegant, with comprehensive supporting infrastructure and a wealth of attractions. It mainly consists of five parts: the Old County Government Museum, the Old County Government Tourism Commodity Supermarket, Xiao Daheng’s Former Residence, Tai Mountain Flavor Old Street, and the Tai Mountain International Youth Hostel. The opening hours and business status are subject to the actual operating conditions on the day.
