The Han Wei Gong Ancestral Temple, commonly known as Hanwang Temple, is a temple built by people in ancient Xiangzhou to commemorate Han Qi, a prime minister of the Northern Song Dynasty for three dynasties. The main buildings currently open to tourists in this scenic area are: Hanwang Temple, Shangwang Temple and Zhujin Hall. Hanwang Temple currently has four buildings: the main gate, the second gate, the main hall, and the front and rear wing rooms.
In the east and west wing rooms, there are exhibitions on Han Qi’s life and stone carvings. Zhujin Hall currently has the main gate, the ceremonial gate, the stele pavilion, Kui Tower and ancient locust tree. In the stele pavilion, the inscription of the ‘Stele of Zhujin Hall Record’ is written by Ouyang Xiu, a writer of the Northern Song Dynasty, inscribed by Cai Xiang, a calligrapher, and titled by Shao Bi.
