The Gudong Seawall is located along the coast of the Bohai Bay on the north side of the Yellow River estuary. It is the ‘Great Wall on the Sea’ built by Shengli Oilfield to ensure offshore oil production. The seawall is magnificent, like a long dragon lying on waves, suppressing the sea and locking the waves.
