The park is located on the west bank of the Bailang River and in the middle section of Qingnian Road. It connects with Jiankang West Street and Minsheng West Street in the north and south. There are two landscape belts (garden stream landscape belt and riverside landscape belt) and two inner gardens (Chinese garden and Western garden) in the park. There are a total of twelve scenic areas, mainly including: Diecui, Tianqu Garden, Zizai Island, Fenglin, Liusha, Murongtai, Yuncheng, Tingxiang House, spring scenic area, Guizhen Garden, Yiyuan, etc. It is a municipal park integrating multiple functions such as leisure, entertainment, fitness and viewing. Open all year round and all day.
