It serves as the city gate of the ancient city of Weifang and is the opening of the ancient city wall, situated beside the Bailang River. The gate consists of three levels, with the inscription ‘Kites Fly, Fish Leap’ written atop. It is open to visitors all year round and accessible 24 hours a day.
