The scenic area is located in Changting County. It is composed of three national key cultural relics protection units, including the former site of the Fujian Soviet Government, the former site of Gospel Hospital, and Xingeng Villa, and four well-known red scenic spots such as Qu Qiubai Memorial Park, a national key martyr memorial building protection unit.
