Jichuan Gate, located in Tingzhou Town, Changting County, Longyan City, Fujian Province, along the old 319 National Highway, is an iconic historical and cultural landmark of Tingzhou. Since the Tang and Song dynasties, it has withstood the ravages of war and bears the marks of time, a testament to the long history of Tingzhou. From the top of the Jichuan Gate city tower, one can take in the beautiful scenery of Changting. Especially at night, it is an excellent spot to view the Tingjiang River at night. The gate is open year-round from 09:00 to 21:30.
