The Gongcheng Yao Ethnic Museum covers an area of over 2000 square meters, housing more than 1600 pieces of cultural relics, over 700 pieces of image materials, and more than 10 pieces of video materials.
The exhibits span from the Neolithic Age to the modern era, covering a period of 15,000 years.
The museum showcases the unparalleled power of the ‘Yao Crossbow’, the vibrant colors of the ‘Colorful Cloth’, the ‘Staining Method’ of the Mo Yao people, and the craftsmanship of ’embroidering flowers with five-colored wools’, all adding unique splendor to the nation’s rich cultural treasury.

The museum is open year-round from Tuesday to Sunday, 09:00-12:00 and 14:30-17:00; closed all day on Mondays. Entry is stopped at 11:30 AM, and the specific business status is subject to the actual opening conditions of the day.
